*All returns/exchanges REQUIRE a Return Authorization Number*

Not only for our concern but, for you as a consumer, as well:  It is best if you contact us so that we know to expect your package.  Also, at that time, we will inform you of the address to return to, the method of shipping to use & to remind you to spend the extra for insurance & tracking.

Your return must be made within ten (10) days from the date you received the item from us.

*Also, please note, we try our very best to send you the nicest of quality.  If for some reason, your package arrives & there is damage to an item, please phone our Customer Service line immediately @ (877) 402-SHOP. Thank you! 

Unfortunately, we CAN NOT accept returns after ten (10) days. Holding on to an item for an extended period of time, makes it yours!  Anything after 10 days, you may only exchange for an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days.  Exchanges are shipped free via regular delivery (limit 2 exchanges within 30 days). To upgrade to a *faster shipping method for an exchange, please send an email to customerservice@everything-4-girls.com or contact the Customer Service Department at 1-877-402-SHOP. (*Please note, you will be charged the difference between the regular ship method and the upgrade express option, should you select a faster method)

*Note: there is a 15% restocking fee incurred for all returns.

The following terms and conditions apply to all Returns & Exchanges:

• All merchandise should be returned in the condition it was shipped to you.
• Items returned should not be worn, used or otherwise soiled.
• Items returned may not have any odor, such as perfume or other odors.
• Items may not be returned without it's original tag(s) attached.
• Items may not be returned without it's protective covering(s), hanger(s), and/or accompanying accessories.
• Items must have a Return Authorization Number and your reason for return and/or exchange of this item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, sorry!
• It is the customers responsibility to provide shipping of all returns.
• Please be sure to get a tracking number & buy insurance, it will protect you!

Taking care in sending back your package will help us to better serve you and

process your request promptly, allowing us to give you a credit.

To return merchandise, Please write your Return Authorization Number either on the outside or inside of your package, as well as on any correspondence you send to us. Thank you!
